These Terms of Service govern purchases made through EMBER's online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable Australian law.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, specifications and images.

Some product imagery is illustrative or digitally created. Minor visual differences may occur, but products must still comply with their descriptions and applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Prices and payments

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Accepted payment methods are those available at checkout.

Orders and delivery

EMBER currently accepts orders for delivery within Australia.

Some products are sourced from overseas suppliers and may arrive in separate shipments. Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, including any refund required by law.

Order changes

If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will endeavour to accommodate requests before dispatch, although changes may not always be possible once processing has begun.

This does not affect statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Purchases are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy and the consumer guarantees provided by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website content

EMBER's original branding, images and website materials must not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights or alter existing orders without a lawful basis.
