EMBER currently delivers within Australia only. Some products are dispatched directly from overseas suppliers.

Shipping rates

Standard travel essentials

For the Cabin Backpack, Compression Set, Hanging Wash Kit and Tech Case:

  • Standard shipping: A$11 on eligible orders below A$100.

  • Free standard shipping on eligible orders of A$100 or more.

  • Estimated transit: approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Carry 20 and travel bundles

For Carry 20, The Travel Duo and REM-EMBER — The Complete Travel Set:

  • Free standard shipping within Australia.

  • Estimated delivery: approximately 6–9 weeks.

Final shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Processing times vary depending on supplier availability and order requirements. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed arrival dates.

International supplier dispatch, transport disruptions and customs processing may affect actual delivery times.

Multiple shipments

Travel sets and orders containing several products may arrive in separate parcels because their components can be dispatched from different suppliers.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delayed or missing orders

If your shipment is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact support@embersea.com.au.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required by Australian Consumer Law.
